Matrixification

prayer twittered till it bled.

electric Christ languishes near virtual Vishnu, twitchy Wicca and streaming Buddha.

all and every idol lies nude under the voyeur-yawn.

who will keep the barcodes 

out of jungles and rainforests

while cartoons animals slink cutesy 

in conga lines of viral shorts

across pulsating tubes?

 

how deep can the faceless sex go 

to spred lobes for fancier tokens and upgraded sighs?

how seductive can circuits screw buds, undress avatars

swallow screenshots into fistulas of cellphones?

will cashless crypto$ aspire

in megafantastical gameworld multiverses

which magnify the already-ramified matrixification?

 

can love
can love
can love 

escape the prison of exploits 

and the chatbot modes and the artificial I?

can it dodge gamer guns and toxic macho rage?

can it evade apps, clicks, taps and DM-

twisted texts sunk in layers of webby-crawly threads 

to hide?
